City of Fargo, North Dakota
  • Pursuant to Resolution 1740954, as adopted August 18, 2025, the boundaries of the City of Fargo will change for sales and use tax purposes effective January 1, 2026.
  • Pursuant to Ordinance 5528, as adopted October 13, 2025, the boundaries of the City of Fargo will change for sales and use tax purposes effective April 1, 2026
City of Harwood, North Dakota
  • Pursuant to Ordinance 2025-42, as adopted June 2, 2025, the boundaries of the City of Harwood will change for sales and use tax purposes effective April 1, 2026.
